This website is hosted on Squarespace. When you submit a form through the website, your submission may be stored and processed by Squarespace on our behalf so that we can receive, manage and respond to your message.
Squarespace acts as a service provider/data processor for certain website functions, including hosting, forms, analytics and related website services. Squarespace’s own Data Processing Addendum forms part of its Terms of Service.
We may also receive a copy of your form submission by email and may store relevant correspondence in our email account.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected.
Our usual retention periods are:
- General contact messages: up to 24 months from the date of the last communication.
- Resource suggestions: up to 24 months from submission, unless the suggestion becomes part of ongoing content or resource planning.
- Newsletter subscription data: until you unsubscribe or we stop operating the newsletter.
- Unused story submissions: up to 24 months from submission.
- Story submissions being considered for an interview, article, podcast or other publication: up to 36 months from the last communication about the story.
- Published stories, interview materials and related correspondence: for as long as the content remains published, plus up to 6 years after it is removed.
- Consent, release or permission records: up to 6 years after the related content is removed or no longer used.
At the end of the relevant period, we will delete the information or anonymise it so that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
You can ask us to delete your personal information sooner by contacting hello@raramovement.com. We may keep limited information where necessary for legal, record-keeping or legitimate business reasons.
